She offered me an appointment for another day but I couldnt reschedule.
Since I was in the parking lot, I decided to walk into the office to speak further with Nikki, maybe they could fit me in seeing as how I am from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. I told her I couldnt and we ended the conversation. We pulled into the parking lot and Nikki the secretary called letting me know we would have to reschedule the appointment.
